About Me

Hi, I am Rohit Parbat.

I am an Engineering Physics graduate from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, India. My research interests lie in Astronomy and Astrophysics, with a strong inclination toward applying data analysis and machine learning techniques to understand complex astrophysical phenomena. I am particularly interested in exploring how computational methods can be used to extract meaningful insights from astronomical data.

Beyond academics, I have a strong creative and personal side. I enjoy painting and have developed an interest in exploring various traditional art forms from India. I also love reading fiction, especially mythology-based books and comics, which spark my imagination and curiosity about storytelling and history. I am a big fan of superhero movies and enjoy following cinematic universes and their narratives.

I am equally passionate about sports—I enjoy playing cricket and chess, and I am a dedicated cricket fan. In my free time, I also like cooking, which I find both relaxing and creatively satisfying.
